Emily~

EmilyWith her love of southern hospitality and her passion for even the smallest detail, Emily Horvath is known for creating events that are both charming and flawless.

After receiving her degree in Hospitality and Event Management from James Madison University in Virginia, Emily headed to Texas to begin a new adventure.

Wanting to work with the best, Emily began her career at Austin’s Barton Creek Resort and Country Club. As the Assistant Manager of Club Dining, Emily honed her personalized service skills working with club members and enjoyed the experience of building lasting relationships with clients.

Continuing her commitment to excellence and education Emily successfully completed the Nuptial Essentials Wedding Planner training program. As a certified wedding consultant Emily is a proud member of Nuptial Essentials Association of Wedding Professionals based here in Austin.

Tray~

TrayAlthough Chef Tray Horvath’s roots are pure Texas, his culinary training has taken him all across the southern United States. His early years in New Orleans gave him a passion for region’s French and Cajun cuisines and in Savannah Tray discovered that he had a flair for spicing up traditional southern cooking.

Today, with more than fifteen years in the industry, Tray is known for edgy home-style cooking, putting a twist on traditional foods by adding unexpected ingredients, revved up flavors and contemporary presentation.
